How we deliver your products
At OutletCDKeys, all products are delivered digitally, directly to your account.
Instant Delivery
If the product is labeled “Available immediately”, the activation key will be added to your account immediately after you press the Request key button (if stock is available).
Delivery in 60–90 minutes
If the product is labeled “Delivery in 60–90 minutes”, it means we need to request it from the supplier. This involves a manual delivery process, but it usually takes less time.
Please note that our working hours are 10:00–19:00 (Monday–Saturday). Some suppliers have limited hours and operate only until 17:00.
What happens if the product is not available?
Don’t worry! We’ll be notified automatically and will send you the key as soon as possible.
