We guarantee successful activation of eligible products for 1 year.
This warranty applies only to activation — not to the software itself or ongoing software support.

What’s included


  • Activation guarantee for 1 year:
    If activation fails anytime within 12 months of claiming your key, we’ll assist or provide a free replacement.

  • 30-day activation window:
    You must activate the key within 30 days after claiming it.

  • Hassle-free replacement:
    If a key cannot be activated under the covered conditions, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Scope:
This warranty covers activation only. It does not cover software updates, features, or issues unrelated to activation.

When the clock starts


  • Warranty start:
    The 1-year coverage begins the moment you click “Get the key”.

  • Activation deadline:
    You have 30 days from claiming to activate your key.

Flexible claiming


  • Claim anytime:
    Purchase now and claim later. The 1-year warranty and 30-day activation window start only when you retrieve the key from your smartlicense account.

Exclusions & Conditions


  • Eligible use:
    Activation must be on genuine software and within official platform/vendor terms.

  • Respect instructions and Terms & Conditions:
    Warranty applies only if activation is done according to the provided instructions and within the Terms & Conditions.

  • One-time activation keys:
    If a key is intended for a single activation, it cannot be reused after reinstalling Windows or moving to another device. In such cases, warranty does not apply.

  • Non-transferable licenses:
    If a key is not transferable between devices/accounts, attempting to move it will void the warranty.

  • Keep proof:
    Save screenshots or logs of activation errors to speed up replacement.

  • Other exclusions:
    Region lock bypassing, unrelated account bans, system modifications, or expired platform policies are not covered.
